Lizzo showed off her major weight loss transformation in a metallic pink bikini over the weekend.

The singer-songwriter, 38, took to Instagram to share a poolside snapshot of herself posing in a tiny, triangle bikini top and a pair of matching, cheeky bottoms on Sunday.

‘Happy Fat Liberation Month,’ she wrote in her caption before she gave a shoutout ‘calling all my ladies over 200 go outside n POP sumthin.’

She showed off her bikini body in her tiny swimsuit and sported a pair of oversize, wraparound sunglasses as she soaked in the sun.

The Truth Hurts hitmaker appeared to be wearing little to no makeup as she enjoyed lounging by the pool and partook in a bikini photoshoot.

Her celebration post comes just months after she rang in her 38th birthday and showed off her dramatic weight loss transformation in an ultra-short minidress.

In her latest snaps, she left her long hair down and posed with her strawberry blonde curls cascading down her body.

On her Instagram Story, she also shared a snapshot of herself from a different angle to highlight her backside.

She went on to reshare her carousel post on her Instagram Story and set it to the tune of Beyonce’s song Morning Dew (Donk).

Lizzo previously opened up about her health journey and her struggles with binge eating in an interview with Women’s Health UK in August 2025.

At the time, she said she had already dedicated over a year on her weight loss journey and lost a total of 60 pounds via diet and exercise.

‘There were times when I would eat so much that my stomach hurt,’ she said about her past eating habits.

‘When I was done, I would be so uncomfortable, I couldn’t breathe and wouldn’t let anyone know,’ Lizzo added.

She said she would ‘hide’ her eating habits, and compared to now, she feels ‘proud’ of her appearance and health now.

‘I would hide it. I had so much food noise and connected so much emotion to food,’ she explained about her relationship to food.

‘If I was sad, anxious, stressed or working a lot, I would snack and just eat constantly,’ she continued. ‘And then I would wait for everybody to leave, secretly order two separate meals on a food delivery site, then order dessert on a separate one.’

Lizzo added: ‘I like how I look now. I still think I’m big. I’m still wearing plus-size clothing. I have the same rolls.

‘I got the same belly, the same thighs – I think I’m just a smaller version. Body positivity has nothing to do with staying the same,’ she said.

‘Body positivity is the radical act of daring to exist loudly and proudly in a society that told you you shouldn’t exist.’
