If you’re trying to get on Chase online, good news: the problems users have been running into Tuesday night are dropping.
According to Downdetector, some users were having issues accessing Chase Bank online Tuesday night. It was also trending on Google, but as of 10 p.m., the numbers have fallen to low levels and the problems seem to have been fixed.
The biggest issue is people had was logging into the mobile site. The web login was also giving people trouble. There were about 2,000 reports of issues at its height, but by 10:10 p.m., the number was less than 100.
The problem was first reported before 9 p.m.
