Frankie, who is one of the founding members of the mega-popular ’60s group, The Four Seasons, has since been keeping a low profile as he takes a much-needed break from performing.

He resurfaced on Monday, while having lunch with his caretaker in Tarzana, California.

Photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show the Sherry singer being assisted out of the passenger seat of a car and into a wheelchair.

Frankie looked frail sitting in the wheelchair with his pin-thin figure, full head of white hair, and eyeglasses.

He sported navy blue pants, a long-sleeved navy-blue shirt, and black sneakers for the rare outing.

The iconic star was also seen struggling to walk, as his caretaker gripped tightly onto his arm to steady him into the building.

Frankie revealed in an Instagram post in March that he wouldn’t be moving forward with his tour, The Last Encores, so that he could prioritize his health.

He said he hopes to return to the stage once his health improves after taking the rest of the year off.

“He realized he needed to take a break and get his health in order, and that is the true issue – he wants to get better without prolonging, through the rescheduling process, the pain of people who’ve bought these tickets,” Frankie’s rep Victoria Varela told Variety in a statement.

She also confirmed that Frankie is focused on getting better and may consider touring again next year.

Frankie’s farewell tour, which kicked off in October 2023, was originally scheduled to continue through April 2026

A batch of his spring shows were then rescheduled for this summer due to health concerns before he eventually canceled the remainder of the tour entirely.

Frankie concerned fans at one of his 2024 shows when he appeared to botch his lip-syncing during a live performance in San Jose, California.

A video also circulated on social media, capturing the seemingly confused singer gripping a handrail as he climbed the stairs to the stage.

In a statement to the New York Post, Frankie’s reps assured that the singer was “doing just fine” and was “happy to still be performing.”

However, many fans weren’t buying it, as other videos showed Frankie appearing to forget choreography and lyrics and staring off into the distance.

The Four Seasons dominated the music industry with their classic hits, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, December 1963 (Oh, What a Night), and Sherry.

The group’s rise, success, and eventual breakup are the center of the Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys, and the 2014 film of the same name, adapted by Clint Eastwood.
