Horrible! Illinois Summer Camp Gets Shut Down After Viral “Fight Club” Videos Surface • Hollywood Unlocked

Look, when you drop your kids off at summer camp, you’re expecting them to come home with friendship bracelets, a little sunburn, and some stories about swimming pools. Now, what you don’texpect is for your seven year old to be fighting for her life in a bathroom while the adults who are getting paid to watch them are nowhere to be found!

Sadly, that’s exactly the nightmare parents in Dolton, Illinois, are waking up to after police completely locked down Rucker Athletics over some deeply disturbing viral videos.

According to Fox News’ @TiaOnTv, footage began circulating and going viral online showing young kids putting their hands on each other like they were auditioning for a reality show. Parents are rightfully losing their minds, calling the facility a straight up “fight club”. One local mother, Taylor, came forward with her daughters, exposing a wild environment where boys were allegedly supervised, but the girls were left to navigate the wild environment on their own.

Her seven-year-old daughter, Vontelia, gave a heartbreaking account of what she went through, saying another kid tried to drag her into a bathroom, pull her hair, and choke her. When asked if any adult stepped in to save her, the little girl simply said, “No”. Her 11-year-old sister, Shayla, echoed the pain, admitting she was punched and had her hair pulled while nobody did a thing.

Now, the higher ups at Rucker Athletics are singing a completely different tune, scrambling to clear their name while the village and the police look into what’s really going on inside those walls. Camp leaders admitted the viral videos look “really, really bad,” but they claim the internet doesn’t have the whole story.

According to them, staff actually intervened in the altercations, the videos are weeks old, and a lot of the kids fighting were just family members having sibling rivalries. In an official statement, the camp double downed, insisting they have a strict zero-tolerance policy for violence and that every single fight was handled immediately never ignored.

They also made sure to mention that shutting down the facility is hurting over 200 innocent community kids who actually utilized the center for its pool and activities.

At the end of the day, a taped police notice is currently slapped on the camp doors, and the facility is locked up tight while the investigation unfolds. The village is staying quiet for now, but local parents are cheering for the quick shutdown, glad the authorities actually stepped up to protect Black children when the system failed them.
