General Hospital Week of August 17 Update: Jason Stuns Britt, Curtis’ Final Farewell, Drew & Nina Face Off

General Hospital (GH) update for the week of August 17-21 indicates that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will say one last goodbye to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) before his prison stint begins.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also catch Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) by surprise, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will let tension explode with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when they cross paths.

After Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) summons Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) to her home, she’ll encourage him to keep pushing Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) into the Jasper Jacks Enterprises CEO seat.

Hudson will likely go along with Carly’s advice when he interacts with Josslyn and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) soon after, but Josslyn will refuse to abandon her WSB job for the corporate world.

Instead, Josslyn may settle on Jordan as the perfect candidate to take her place at the company since Jordan will get an offer she doesn’t see coming soon enough.

This could perhaps lift Jordan’s spirits a bit now that Curtis is headed to Pentonville.

At Jordan’s apartment, Curtis will take her hands and make some promises regarding their future.

Although this forced separation will bring a lot of pain, Curtis will hope for a better days once he eventually gets out – whether it be on parole or through an appeal.

GH spoilers say Curtis will ultimately begin his prison sentence, which should lead to a Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) shocker since all signs point to them being cellmates.

In the meantime, let’s talk about Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) since she’ll be furious over Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) going back to live at the gatehouse.

Brook Lynn won’t want Willow being this close to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), but Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may push her to trust the boundaries that Chase has set since he’s been behaving lately.

Next, Jason will deliver some startling news to Britt, who’ll learn he’s leaving the mob so he can give Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) a less dangerous life and be a better role model.

At some point, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will spot Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) looking like a couple instead of the friends they’re supposed to be!

Ric will have a hard time keeping his jealousy under control once he spies Liz and Dante in this close moment together.

There’ll be conflict elsewhere on canvas since Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are going to have another shouting match.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will end up asking Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) for a favor, so she may be hoping for a way to make Lulu’s life easier right now.

Back with Josslyn, she’ll meet Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) once Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) offers an introduction.

As for Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), he may get some bad vibes thanks to Trina Robinson’s (Tabayna Ali) stalker.

Kai will have an unsettled feeling, so he might feel like someone’s watching!

General Hospital spoilers say danger could be brewing for Kai since Trina’s stalker obviously wants him gone for good, so stay tuned.
