New Greek gods are revealed in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3 trailer.
Season 3 of the Disney+ show is based on The Titan’s Curse, which is Rick Riordan’s third Percy Jackson book. This takes the television adaptation beyond the movies, as they only got as far as the second installment, The Sea of Monsters. The new season is scheduled to debut on November 20, less than a year after the season 2 premiere, which is a much faster turnaround than the approximately two years between the prior seasons.
During the D23 Disney Entertainment Showcase, where ScreenRant is in attendance, a new trailer for Percy Jackson season 3 was released. The footage opens with Percy (Walker Scobell) talking about a dream he had about the Great Prophecy involving the Olympians and the Titans. This builds to Annabeth Chase (Leah Sava Jeffries) being kidnapped and Percy setting out on a quest to find her. Check out the trailer below:
