Accused killer Luigi Mangione is set to appear in federal court where sources familiar with the matter tell NBC News he’s expected to plead guilty to federal stalking charges. NBC’s Sam Brock reports and senior legal correspondent Laura Jarrett joins TODAY with analysis.
