The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, August 17, reveal that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will gloat about some incredible news and invite Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to celebrate with him.
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will also prepare for battle, so more twists and turns are ahead in Genoa City.
First on Monday’s Y&R episode, Lily and Cane will stand firmly against Billy’s revelation that the Abbotts own Chancellor.
Billy will explain his proof and double down on his declaration that the company is his, but Cane and Lily will react with skepticism.
Lily and Cane may accuse Billy of being so obsessed that he was willing to manufacture evidence.
Billy will insist that everything is legit, but Cane and Lily will still plan to strike back.
Lily and Cane may eventually realize the proof is real, but they won’t just surrender Chancellor without a fight.
Cane and Lily may vow to take this to court and do whatever they can to keep the company out of Billy’s reckless hands.
Of course, Billy will remain unbothered by any complaints and insults that get hurled at him.
As far as Billy’s concerned, he’s already won the top prize and will be reclaiming his Chancellor office soon.
Billy will head to the athletic club bar to celebrate, so Audra will quiz him when she walks in.
Audra will discover that Billy is thrilled over something, so he’ll invite her to join him for a drink and hear all the details.
Although Audra may congratulate Billy on getting what he always wanted, she’ll also worry about Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) reaction once she returns from her trip.
Billy is supposed to be focusing on wedding plans and the arrival of Sally’s baby, so this will feel like a distraction from his priorities.
Despite Billy’s insistence that he can handle Sally and make her see the light, Audra may not be so sure!
Audra might warn Billy that his relationship could crumble if issues keep piling up.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy won’t let Audra rain on his parade and may propose a toast to Chancellor’s bright future with him at the helm.
