How to Style Graphic Tees for Fall 2026 Beyond Basic Jeans

Hailey Bieber and her “Nepo Baby” T-shirt may have something to say about this, but 2026 is officially the year celebrities truly embraced graphic shirts in all their glory. In fact, I’ve never seen so many creative ideas on how to style graphic tees before.

Look, when Zendaya hits a red carpet in nothing but a vintage Spider-Man tee and Taylor Swift rolls up to game four of the NBA finals in a custom “Stevie Knicks” crewneck, you know it’s time to up your T-shirt game. Obsession star Inde Navarrette has personally made graphic tees a defining feature of her summer wardrobe, whether she’s wearing her own movie merch with jorts, a Jackass crop top on the red carpet, or a Spider-Man T-shirt with a satin and lace skirt for Glamour’s Girlhood Firsts series.

Casual tees, in general, have dominated the summer 2026 trend cycle, between retro striped ringer tees and rugby polos to raglan shirts and sports jerseys. But none make the same kind of statement as a graphic T-shirt that declares your commitment to a fandom, makes a political statement, or proves you won the latest Ticketmaster war.

But as temperatures start to dip and cozy layers start calling our names, these personal tees don’t have to be relegated back to your pajama drawer. Jennifer Lawrence served transitional wardrobe inspiration all the way back in April, pairing a yellow Beatles T-shirt by Junk Food with straight-leg jeans, a tomato-red cardigan, and slim Adidas sneakers with matching red stripes.
