EXCLUSIVE: CAA has inked Alaska for representation.
Alaska is a drag queen and singer who appeared on the fifth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, where she finished in the final three before returning to take the crown as the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season Two.
Alaska is otherwise perhaps best known for co-writing and starring in the off-Broadway hit Drag: The Musical, which won an Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding New Off-Broadway Musical. During its run, the show also won Queerty and Glam Awards and received two Drama League Award nominations, three Dorian Theater World Award nominations and six Lucille Lortel Award nominations.
Most recently, Alaska signed on to play the title role in Cole Escola’s Tony-winning dark comedy Oh, Mary! on its first ever national tour.
Alaska co-founded the LGBTQ+ podcast network Moguls of Media, which has given rise to such podcasts as Very Delta, RNR with Courtney Act and Hall & Closet. Co-host and creator of the award-winning Race Chaser with Alaska & William, she’s also released five studio albums, penned a memoir (My Name’s Yours, What’s Alaska?) and created a signature fragrance (Red For Filth).
