According to TMZ, Noem and Lewandowski spent Tuesday afternoon biking along the shores of Lake Minnetonka before stopping at The Grocer’s Table in Wayzata for a meal. The outlet reported that Lewandowski wore a fitted T-shirt and sunglasses, while Noem kept a lower profile in a flannel shirt and floppy hat.
The pair later rode to CōV, a nearby restaurant, where they continued their outing. TMZ reported they laughed together and leaned toward each other while sitting outside. An eyewitness claimed they stayed close throughout the afternoon. The footage also appeared to show Lewandowski turning his head away after noticing someone filming them.
The public outing quickly revived speculation surrounding the pair. Rumors linking Noem and Lewandowski have circulated for years, though both have consistently denied having a romantic relationship.
Earlier this year, Noem faced questions about Lewandowski during a House Judiciary Committee hearing. She rejected claims that the two had a sexual relationship, calling the allegations “tabloid garbage.”
Lewandowski previously served as an unpaid adviser during Noem’s time at the Department of Homeland Security. He no longer works with the department. TMZ also reported that it contacted representatives for both Noem and Lewandowski for comment. Neither had publicly responded at the time of publication.
The latest sighting comes as Noem’s personal life continues to attract attention. Reports in recent months claimed she and her husband, Bryon Noem, were divorcing after more than three decades of marriage.
