Who Stars In Fox’s Medical Dramedy

Fox’s medical dramedy, Best Medicine, includes an impressive cast of established actors who help bring the fictional small town in coastal Maine to life. Best Medicine is an American adaptation of the British show Doc Martin, which ran for an impressive 79 episodes across 10 seasons. This is just the most recent version of the story, as international adaptations exist in France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Greece, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Russia. Every version of the story follows a big city surgeon who moves to a small town and becomes the town doctor after developing a fear of blood.

While Best Medicine season 1 featured an exciting cast of characters who made Dr. Martin Best’s (Josh Charles) relocation to the show’s Port Winn all the more exciting, the upcoming second season of the series seems like it’ll be an even bigger splash. Actor: Cree Cicchino, known monoymously as Cree, was born in Queens, New York City, and she got her big break when she played Babe Carano in the 2015 Nickelodeon TV show Game Shakers, which she continued until 2019. She has only continued to build a career, transitioning from child acting to adult acting. In 2024, she won an Imagen Award for Best Supporting Actress in a film for her role in Turtles All the Way Down.
