Awards season is always a glittering time, but it’s only because of how difficult it is to snag a nomination. After the 2026 Emmy Awards nominees were unveiled on July 8, TV fans couldn’t help but notice that some of their favorites were snubbed from recognition.
The Emmys are scheduled to take place on September 14, 2026, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay will host the ceremony.
Hollywood Life has listed some of the biggest snubs from this year’s Emmy Awards, from actors to series and their creators.

Despite being nominated for the Lead Actor in a Comedy Series category in the past, Jeremy Allen White did not receive a nomination for his performance as Carmy in season 5 of The Bear. However, his co-star Ayo Edebiri is up for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
