Seraphim, World Government Weapon
One of Dr. Vegapunk’s most advanced Seraphim, S-Snake combines the DNA of Boa Hancock with the near-indestructible traits of the Lunarian race, creating one of the World Government’s deadliest living weapons. Despite her childlike appearance, she possesses overwhelming physical strength, incredible speed, and durability that allows her to shrug off attacks from some of the New World’s strongest fighters. During the Egghead Arc, S-Snake battled the Straw Hats while demonstrating combat abilities worthy of the Government’s greatest military experiments.
Like Hancock, S-Snake wields the Love-Love Fruit’s petrification powers, but she complements them with Lunarian resilience and Pacifista technology, including devastating laser attacks. She successfully turned multiple opponents to stone and repeatedly proved difficult to damage, forcing even experienced pirates to rethink their strategy. Although her full capabilities have yet to be revealed, S-Snake has already established herself as one of the strongest female-presenting combatants introduced in One Piece’s Final Saga.

Stussy initially appeared to be little more than an influential underworld figure, but Egghead revealed her to be one of the World Government’s most capable agents. As the first successful clone created from Miss Buckingham Stussy, she possesses enhanced physical abilities alongside years of elite espionage training.
Her true strength lies in precision rather than overwhelming force. Stussy effortlessly subdued both Kaku and Rob Lucci using her unique vampire-like abilities, demonstrating incredible speed and tactical awareness. While she has yet to showcase the full extent of her combat skills, defeating two of CP0’s strongest operatives in quick succession established her as one of the series’ most dangerous women.

Nami has transformed from the Straw Hats’ navigator into a surprisingly devastating long-range fighter. While she lacks the physical power of monsters like Luffy or Zoro, her mastery of the Clima-Tact and unmatched understanding of weather allow her to control the battlefield in ways few pirates can match.
After permanently gaining Zeus as her partner, Nami’s attacks reached an entirely new level. Doll has already displayed exceptional confidence while commanding dangerous operations against the Straw Hats and their allies. Her calm demeanor under pressure and reputation among fellow Marines suggest she possesses combat abilities worthy of her rank. As the Final Saga continues, she appears poised to become one of the Marines’ most formidable female fighters and a significant obstacle for the next generation of pirates.

Vinsmoke Reiju
Princess, Germa Kingdom
While everybody knew and loved the Vinsmoke Family’s wayward son Sanji, a key sibling of his, Reiju, was secretly his guardian angel, supporting his wishes to escape and grow up to be a cook. It was through her superhuman strength that Sanji could escape, and to nobody’s surprise, as a fellow Vinsmoke, Reiju has a powerful kick.
Reiju has been shown as able to hold her own against the likes of Vinsmoke Yonji and Charlotte Smoothie, and capable of impressive feats of speed, doubtlessly due to her genetic enhancement. While aided particularly by her personal Raid Suit, Reiju is a formidable One Piece character in her own right, even withstanding Big Mom’s Conqueror’s Haki.

Black Maria
Pirate, Bounty: 480,000,000 Berries
One of the elite Tobiroppo or “Flying Six” of Kaido’s Beasts Pirates, Black Maria possesses immense power thanks in no small part to her Ancient Zoan Spider-Spider Fruit, Rosamygale Grauvogeli Model. Bearing the properties of the prehistoric predecessor to the tarantula, this brothel owner packed a surprising punch, quite literally with the aid of twin brass knuckles.
Capable of creating illusions and transforming to have a centaur-like human-spider body. While not showing her full form, her added abilities like flammable spider silk generation and poison-tipped spider legs give her enough of a tactical edge in her own right, with her ultimate potential remaining a bit of a question mark.

Charlotte Smoothie
Pirate, Bounty: 932,000,000 Berries
Possessing the Wring-Wring Fruit, able to drain and absorb liquid from her enemies, Smoothie is unsurprisingly strong for her massive stature. Coming from the Longleg Tribe, Smoothie sports a height of 15’3″, her strength was enough to hold back Straw Hats like Sanji and Luffy, as well as Vinsmoke Reiju, and even withstand Conqueror’s Haki from Big Mom.
While there was no decisive winner, fans frequently debate whether Reiju or Smoothie would win if they fought. Smoothie certainly boasts the raw strength and Devil Fruit ability to tank Reiju’s poison, but much like many One Piece power scaling discussions, multiple scenarios are brought to the table. With Observation and Armament Haki, Smoothie has a reasonable case to win.

Jewelry Bonney
Pirate, Bounty: 320,000,000 Berries
Alongside her powers granted by the Age-Age Fruit, Bonney is gifted not only in the use of Armament Haki, but also fought bravely against one of the Five Elders. This is no mean feat, with few One Piece characters, regardless of gender, being able to handle their ruthless onslaught. But Bonney’s greatest secret comes from her Devil Fruit.
With the ability to manipulate the age of her opponents en masse, Bonney can disarm entire groups of assailants, as seen against the Marines at Egghead. But in that same arc, her true greatest asset, the ability to embody any possible future self, allows her to embody a new iteration of Nika in the future where she’s the most free.

Nico Robin
Pirate, Bounty: 930,000,000 Berries
While understanding Haki well, Robin is the sole character on this list who has not yet demonstrated it in practice. Despite this, her Flower-Flower Fruit combined with Fish-Man Karate enhances her fight IQ by taking advantage of her many sprouted limbs in battle. When she joined the Straw Hats in One Piece, she was easily the stronger female crewmate.
Surviving and escaping the Buster Call at Ohara, Robin can sprout gargantuan limbs, even hundreds at once. She can take down masses of opponents by stomping them under enormous sprouted feet, and, via Demonio Fleur, can sprout a massive copy of her upper body, boasting devilish features and godly grappling strength. Easily handling Black Maria, Robin isn’t to be underestimated.
