She was 39 weeks pregnant, four days from her induction date, and excited to meet the baby. Everything was finally falling into place. Or so she thought.<\/p>\n<p>Because that\u2019s when her boyfriend of two years, the man she\u2019d planned to move in with and raise their baby alongside, dropped a bombshell: that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boredpanda.com\/divorced-couples-reasons-marriage-ended\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" staff-link\" rel=\"noopener \">divorce<\/a> he\u2019d told her about? Yeah, that never happened. In the US, once an affair begins, it tends to last two years on average\u2014almost exactly as long as the poster\u2019s relationship.
