News<\/a> at the film&#8217;s July 14 L.A. premiere that she got a &#8220;peeky-peek&#8221; at the script at home after Holland was cast as Odysseus&#8217; son Telemachus. Only a bit later did she get the call about playing Athena and, she admitted, &#8220;I didn&#8217;t see that coming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of which&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>More than three months after Zendaya&#8217;s longtime stylist <strong>Law Roach<\/strong> said the couple&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1429154\/zendaya-tom-holland-married-law-roach-claims\">wedding had &#8220;already happened<\/a>,&#8221; Holland acknowledged those <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1421785\/zendaya-tom-hollands-wedding-everything-to-know\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">top-secret nuptials occurred<\/a>, albeit in a fashion befitting the newlyweds&#8217; historic insistence that their private life is the last thing they want to talk about in public.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible,&#8221; the British actor told <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/feature\/tom-holland-the-crowded-room-future-spider-man-1235514347\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>in 2023. &#8220;We don&#8217;t think that we owe it to anyone, it&#8217;s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<script async=\"async\" data-cfasync=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/pl30214220.effectivecpmnetwork.com\/9ab3d4df8a7e1a6171e16ddbf732cc19\/invoke.js\"><\/script>\r\n<div id=\"container-9ab3d4df8a7e1a6171e16ddbf732cc19\"><\/div>\r\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following the clues to find out whether Zendaya and Tom Holland really got married turned into quite the odyssey.
