Eaton allegedly posted the video and captioned it, \u201cEveryone is so concerned and so focused on what must have been happening before the videos started. The legal decision was made by a Utah court official in April 2026 after both reality stars filed competing custody documents for their one child, Ever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court official also commented on Paul and Mortensen\u2019s alleged history of domestic violence and said both of them were at fault for things that have transpired. \u201cI\u2019m finding that there\u2019s been violence both ways between these parties,\u201d Commissioner Russell Minas said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuing, Minas said that Paul and Mortensen should not be near each other in the future because things often turn violent before them.
