Frazier Jr., 48, of Alexandria, allegedly barricaded himself inside his home and opened fire, according to the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office for the Western District of Louisiana.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Frazier is <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_us_article_main-content_article-body_6_742254\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/crime\/homicide\" target=\"_blank\" devoted husband, father and son.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">&#8220;Tragically, the defendant&#8217;s alleged actions claimed the life of a dedicated law enforcement officer who was simply doing his duty,&#8221; Acting U.S. Attorney General <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_us_article_main-content_article-body_6_742256\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/person\/todd-blanche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Todd Blanche<\/a> said in a statement. &#8220;The alleged perpetrator is now in custody and will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the to face trial on a charge of sexual battery of a person with infirmities.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">After announcing their presence, <a
