style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> marathons<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of seven or more hours, according to online forums where practitioners, known as \u201cgooners,\u201d share their Viney, a consultant urological surgeon at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, said that while the concept of delaying pleasure to achieve an enhanced experience is an \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boredpanda.com\/clever-inventions-to-help-you\/\" class=\" staff-link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understandable holy grail,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d there is no evidence that it works.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt could, in fact, lead to problems in the bedroom,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
