Scott DeJarlais played the opening bars of The Beatles&#8217; song \u201cHere Comes the Sun\u201d from his phone into the microphone once the bill passed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The bill entitled the \u201cSunshine Protection Act of 2025\u201d would end the twice-yearly changing of the clocks but would allow states to opt out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The legislation now heads to the Senate, where its fate is uncertain.
