improper handling, cooking, and storage of raw meat; and the use and storage of pesticides that are not approved for food preparation areas.<\/p>\n<p>As NOTUS\u2019 report noted, \u201cthe inspector found several food items stored at a temperature above the required 41 degrees Fahrenheit minimum,\u201d including \u201cthe blue cheese (54 degrees), sausage links (51 degrees), sausage patties (49 degrees) and pasta (49 degrees).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the club\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/static.notus.org\/c9\/61\/adb7bfc94ccea1ec7b6bbcd51a8f\/trumpgolfclub1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grill<\/a>, the report noted more missing or inadequate handwashing stations and a violation for workers storing raw steak, raw burgers, and raw fish above sauces, tortillas, and other pre-cooked or ready-to-eat items, leading to a risk of cross-contamination.<\/p>\n<p>The county reports also included remedial actions taken by the golf club employees to address these issues, such as \u201cvoluntarily discard[ing] the blue cheese and sausage\u201d and removing the non-approved pesticides.<\/p>\n<p>Several other Trump clubs have had health inspection issues since the president\u2019s second term began.<\/p>\n<p>Trump National Golf Club in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/politics\/trump\/trump-golf-course-cited-for-18-health-violations-receives-worst-score-in-county\/\">Bedminster<\/a> was flagged for 18 violations in June 2025, including expired milk, improper meat storage, and sinks lacking soap and paper towels.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2025, the health inspectors dinged the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago for \u201cflies, faulty dishwashers and wastewater flooding the floor of the main kitchen around three prep sinks,\u201d NOTUS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notus.org\/health-science\/trump-hotel-chicago-restaurant-inspection-failed-pests\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This past March, health inspectors found rodents and insects at Trump\u2019s club in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notus.org\/health-science\/trump-golf-club-health-inspection-rodents-insects\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Westchester<\/a>, New York.<\/p>\n<p>In June, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notus.org\/donald-trump\/president-trump-golf-course-critical-health-violation-new-york\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hudson Valley<\/a> club was hit with a \u201ccritical violation\u201d when county officials cited the restaurant for having \u201cfood from [an] unapproved source, spoiled, adulterated on premises.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>New: The Mediaite One-Sheet &#8220;Newsletter of Newsletters&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>Your daily summary and analysis of what the many, many media newsletters are saying and reporting. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/subscribe\">Subscribe now!<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\n!function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s){if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?\nn.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;\nn.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0';n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;\nt.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window,\ndocument,'script','https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/fbevents.js');\n<\/script><br \/>\n<br \/><script async=\"async\" data-cfasync=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/pl30214220.effectivecpmnetwork.com\/9ab3d4df8a7e1a6171e16ddbf732cc19\/invoke.js\"><\/script>\r\n<div id=\"container-9ab3d4df8a7e1a6171e16ddbf732cc19\"><\/div>\r\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AP Photo\/Lynne Sladky The Trump National Golf Club in Potomac Falls, Virginia, was hit with multiple health code violations during an inspection by the Loudoun County Health Department, NOTUS reported on Monday.
