Though carrying some unidentified emotional baggage, the trailer shows Serian finding a new love interest in his orchestra (Eva Victor), visiting the home of his brother (Will Arnett), and attempting to move on from his previous partner (Olivia Wilde). Meanwhile, various sequences depict Serian, cello in hand, rehearsing and performing with poise and focus.<\/p>\n<p>Pascal did actually play the cello for the film, too \u2014 though by his account, he\u2019s not particularly great yet. He recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/17XAwxuqQ4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">discussed learning the instrument<\/a> during an appearance on the final season of <em>The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,\u00a0<\/em>describing it as \u201cthe hardest thing [he\u2019s] ever done.\u201d \u201cI was watching your bass player [Endea Owens],\u201d Pascal told Colbert. \u201cShe\u2019s fantastic. Amazing. That is a good vibrato. She\u2019s in third position\u2026 she is jumping down to fourth. I was so proud of myself [for recognizing that].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow is it on your fingers?,\u201d Colbert asked. \u201cI\u2019ve got the calluses. That sort of made me proud,\u201d said Pascal. \u201cYeah, I\u2019m a great cello lip-sync-er. If you heard it, it would sound like I was killing an animal.\u201d Finally, Colbert asked, \u201cOn a scale of 1 to Yo-Yo Ma, where do you rank?\u201d \u201cIn terms of sound? Below the earth,\u201d Pascal quipped. \u201cBut I can make it look good.\u201d Based on the trailer for <em>BEHEMOTH!<\/em>, that\u2019s certainly true. Watch it below.<\/p>\n<p><em>BEHEMOTH!\u00a0<\/em>will arrive in theaters on December 4th, 2026. It was written and directed by Tony Gilroy, known for his film\u00a0<em>Michael Clayton<\/em> as well as being the creator and head writer for\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/tag\/andor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andor<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>Disney+\u2019s standout <em>Star Wars<\/em> series. In addition to Pascal, Arnett, Wilde, and Victor making up the cast,\u00a0<em>BEHEMOTH!\u00a0<\/em>also features Hank Azaria, Matthew Lillard, JoBeth Williams, Alex Swinton, Margarita Levieva, and more.<\/p>\n<p>The film\u2019s official logline reads: \u201cA gifted cellist, Alex Serian (Pedro Pascal), returns home to Los Angeles after 20 years on the road.
