That said, it&#8217;s no secret that the games are not in a great place by now, with most of the burden for the franchise&#8217;s popularity being carried by the excellent Prime Video adaptation, and wider third party product releases. <\/p>\n<p>    <!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><\/p>\n<p>Though Bethesda is supporting various games in the series in different ways, there&#8217;s only so far that a new physical release of <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/fallout-new-vegas-rpg-restocks-coming-soon\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>New Vegas<\/em><\/a> is going to carry them, when all fans really want is the next direct sequel. If this support was substantial for <em>Fallout 4<\/em> (literally get a small team or an external dev to make an actual expansion while we wait). I know it&#8217;s not the same but <em>Quake <\/em>and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/doom-slayer-rip-tear-catchphrase-origin\/\" target=\"_blank\">Doom<\/a> <\/em>get new episode packs when they get re-released, <em>Fallout <\/em>gets some naff creation club content. 2. The support didn&#8217;t make the games worse. <em>F4 Anniversary<\/em> is terrible,&#8221; one comment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Fallout\/comments\/1pouh8s\/comment\/nuhzvcl\/?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=web3x&amp;utm_name=web3xcss&amp;utm_term=1&amp;utm_content=share_button\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">read<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Fallout\/comments\/1pouh8s\/comment\/nuiu46d\/?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=web3x&amp;utm_name=web3xcss&amp;utm_term=1&amp;utm_content=share_button\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">added<\/a>, &#8220;&#8216;Supporting older titles.&#8217; Here\u2019s a $60 version of <em>Fallout 4<\/em> that includes some community-made modes. Here\u2019s another version of <em>Skyrim <\/em>for $60 that\u2019s runs at 30fps and has the input lag of an Xbox Kinect\u2026 I\u2019m over Bethesda, I have zero faith in <em>TES6 <\/em>or <em>Fallout 5<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yeah it\u2019s really disappointing that <em>Starfield <\/em>wasted away years of development and, even more disappointing, Microsoft sat on the IP until seemingly now with multiple projects in development. Hopefully that means a future filled with <em>Elder Scrolls, Fallout, <\/em>and <em>Halo <\/em>games, but that really does remain to be seen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"display-card tag type-generic large \"
