I\u2019m an old fart and I need to protect myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The star prefers activities like tennis and cycling to gym sessions, and his India Jones and the Dial of Destiny co-star Mads Mikkelsen described him as a \u201cmonster of man\u201d on account of his long-distance rides while working on the blockbuster.<\/p>\n<p>Harrison is also a pescatarian, telling Ellen DeGeneres that he was \u201cbored of eating meat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The octogenarian has found the right balance in life, allowing himself the odd treat in-between workouts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rail-container rail-container--full-width rail-container--white\">\n<div class=\"rail rail--classic article theme-entertainment\">\n<p><h3 class=\"rail__title\">Most read in Entertainment<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Back in May, he launched his own Scotch whisky \u2014 aptly on Star Wars Day, May 4.<\/p>\n<p>His limited edition single malt whisky was crafted in collaboration with Glenmorangie\u2019s director of whisky creation Dr Bill Lumsden.<\/p>\n<p>It came a year after he visited the Scottish distillery as part of an ad campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Harrison said earlier this year: \u201cWe tasted many casks together on our search for a Glenmorangie that would speak to my taste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTruth be told, I liked a lot of them \u2013 but the Glenmorangie\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/who\/harrison-ford\/\">Harrison Ford<\/a>\u00a0Limited Edition is everything I want in a whisky.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m immensely proud of our creation.
