A lot of things can be true at once.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was in a place where my physical weight was causing joint pain and aches,&#8221; she continued. &#8220;I also got to the point where I came off the internet, and all I had was the studio and my thoughts. So I poured myself into the things I could control. My body, my lifestyle. My routines and habits.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Lizzo\u2014who shared in 2024 that she&#8217;d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1409220\/why-lizzo-decided-to-stop-vegan-amid-weight-loss-journey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">given up veganism<\/a> amid her health journey\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1419363\/lizzo-on-3-meals-she-eats-for-weight-loss-goals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">changed her diet<\/a> to mostly protein and vegetables to shed the pounds.
