The parking lots, the band shirts, the unfortunate sunburns, but mostly the feeling that you were exactly where you were supposed to be!! This fall, we\u2019re bringing that feeling back with tributes to Korn, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, System of a Down, Disturbed and more!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cNu-Metal Values Ozzfest Rehash Tour\u201d takes its name from Family Values and Ozzfest, both key festivals in promoting nu-metal in the \u201990s and 2000s. Family Values was founded by Korn in 1998 and over the course of its longevity featured Korn, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, and Sevendust. All seven bands represented by the tribute acts on the upcoming tour played on various Ozzfest bills throughout the years.<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p>Ozzfest proper has been the subject of a revival as of late, with talk from Sharon and Jack Osbourne escalating quickly from a <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2024\/01\/sharon-osbourne-on-reviving-ozzfest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maybe<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2024\/01\/sharon-osbourne-on-reviving-ozzfest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">definitely<\/a>, with plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/03\/ozzfest-2027-england-and-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stage the metal extravaganza<\/a> in Birmingham, England, and North America.<\/p>\n<p>All seven tributed bands are still active. Korn recently released a new single titled <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/04\/korn-new-song-reward-the-scars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cReward the Scars,\u201d<\/a> which we named <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/04\/heavy-song-of-the-week-korn-reward-the-scars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heavy Song of the Week<\/a>. Limp Bizkit have floated an idea of <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/04\/fred-durst-lil-wayne-uninvited-gathering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a festival for misfit bands<\/a>. Deftones are currently preparing their newest installment of their annual <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/06\/deftones-2026-dia-de-los-deftones-festival-lineup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dios de los Deftones festival<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Chevelle are currently preparing for <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/02\/breaking-benjamin-fall-2026-north-american-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a tour with Breaking Benjamin<\/a> in the fall. Sevendust have released <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2026\/03\/sevendust-single-unbreakable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">their newest album, ONE<\/a> which we named <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/list\/best-metal-hard-rock-albums-2026-so-far\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">one of the best of the year so far<\/a>.
