For those unfamiliar with the honor, it is given to those who have \u201cmade a significant impact on the Disney legacy.\u201d The equivalent in sports would be induction into the hall of fame or having your number retired. Iger certainly qualifies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIron Man himself was among those paying tribute to the longtime Disney leader. \u201cMr. Iger\u2019s primary quality is courage,\u201d said Robert Downy Jr. from the stage. The actor cited Iger\u2019s \u201cbold choices\u201d and said that he succeeded through \u201cempowering people.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tAlso on hand was <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/harrison-ford\/\" id=\"auto-tag_harrison-ford\" data-tag=\"harrison-ford\">Harrison Ford<\/a> who said to Iger, \u201cI watched you make some impossible decisions. I\u2019ve watched you protect creative people. I\u2019ve watched you carry enormous responsibility with remarkable grace. But what I\u2019ll remember most is the way you made people believe. That\u2019s leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tEllen Pompeo observed, \u201cIt\u2019s your integrity and your kindness that will be your legacy forever.
