Square Garden and owner James Dolan was dismissed for a third time Friday.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\" class=\"speakable\">The <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_sports_article_main-content_article-body_6_10453330\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/ex-knicks-star-charles-oakley-pay-msg-642k-attorney-fees-ongoing-court-battle-2017-ejection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">legal drama<\/a> between the former Knicks star and Dolan dates back to February 2017, when Oakley was thrown out of MSG following an altercation with arena security guards.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">The case was initially tossed in early 2020, then again in 2021 and revived in early 2023 before once again being tossed this week.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\"><a
