I almost died,\u201d she alarmingly shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI lost all my hair,\u201d she continued. \u201cI was about 100 pounds, and they told me I was going to die, and I didn\u2019t believe them.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Courtney Love shared that she almost died when she went to England in 2019 in an Instagram video she posted Friday. <span class=\"credit\">courtney love\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The Hole frontwoman said she dropped down to 100 pounds and lost her hair. <span class=\"credit\">courtney love\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The Hole frontwoman attributed her reluctance to listen to her doctors to an attitude she\u2019s had since childhood.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI used to like, pattern-interrupt the adults, and they\u2019d tell me \u2018red.\u2019 They\u2019d say \u2018red was blue,\u2019 and then I\u2019d see blue, but blue was blue,\u201d Love said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo now that I gaslight myself that maybe, maybe they were right and red was blue, and then I would see purple, and my head would explode,\u201d she continued, \u201cLike f\u2014king cope with that sh\u2014t, right? I think some of you can relate to that. I don\u2019t want to be public about being sick. I want to tour more than anything. &amp; I want to sing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She concluded, \u201cI\u2019m not going to tell people red is blue anymore.
