After the show ended, she popped back up in the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/t\/star-wars\/\" id=\"auto-tag_star-wars\" data-tag=\"star-wars\">Star Wars<\/a> Rebels\u201d show, but Dawson brought her to life for the first time in a major crossover on \u201cThe Mandalorian.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tOther animated \u201cRebels\u201d characters were also re-introduced in \u201cAhsoka\u201d Season 1, like Natasha Liu Bordizzo\u00a0as\u00a0Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead\u00a0as\u00a0Hera Syndulla, Eman Esfandi\u00a0as\u00a0Ezra Bridger and Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn. The cast also included Ariana Greenblatt as young Ahsoka, Ray Stevenson as the antagonist Jedi Baylan Skoll, Ivanna Sakhno as Baylan\u2019s apprentice Shin Hati, \u201cAndor\u201d actor Genevieve O\u2019Reilly\u00a0as\u00a0Mon Mothma and Christensen reprising his role as Anakin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAfter <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2023\/film\/people-news\/ray-stevenson-dead-punisher-ahsoka-1235621641\/\">Stevenson died in May 2023 at age 58<\/a>, ahead of the premiere of Season 1, his role as Baylan was recast with Rory McCann, who played the Hound on \u201cGame of Thrones.\u201d The \u201cAhsoka\u201d series premiere included a tribute to Stevenson before the end credits, reading \u201cFor our friend, Ray.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cGone too soon from this world. At a loss for words\u2026just wanted to mark this moment and share your ever ready and present smile. Love you forever.
