There\u2019s something about being away from the constant noise that makes slowing down feel less like a chore and more like a necessity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span>What Is Coolcationing? A Response to Summer Heat<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Amidst this, mountain retreats took the slowing-down bit up a notch, and suddenly everybody wants to go and meditate on a hike in Mussoorie or try out a 6-course Kumaoni meal in Himachal Pradesh. As much as the sea seems beautiful and endless, sometimes a breathtaking view of high ranges and peaks while getting a hydrogen therapy done is something unmatched. Perhaps that\u2019s the real appeal of coolcationing, finding a place where the weather, the landscape and the slower pace of life all seem to work in your favour. It\u2019s less about escaping summer and more about finding a version of summer that actually feels like a break. People are swapping beach holidays for pine trees, cold winds and mornings that actually require a jacket. The appeal is pretty simple: when the weather itself feels like a wellness treatment, why not make a holiday out of it?<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span>Climate Change Anxiety Is Driving Travel Choices<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span>Climate change has also quietly entered the travel group chat, and the way we choose where to go is beginning to reflect that. Extreme heat, unpredictable weather, and increasingly uncomfortable summers are making travelers think twice about the kind of holidays they want to plan. A destination isn\u2019t just being judged by how beautiful it is anymore but by whether you can actually enjoy being there without melting by 11 AM.
