This takes the television adaptation beyond the movies, as they only got as far as the second installment, <em>The Sea of Monsters<\/em>. The new season is scheduled to debut on November 20, less than a year after the season 2 premiere, which is a much faster turnaround than the approximately two years between the prior seasons.<\/p>\n<p>During the D23 Disney Entertainment Showcase, where <em>ScreenRant<\/em> is in attendance, a new trailer for <em>Percy Jackson<\/em> season 3 was released. The footage opens with Percy (Walker Scobell) talking about a dream he had about the Great Prophecy involving the Olympians and the Titans. This builds to Annabeth Chase (Leah Sava Jeffries) being kidnapped and Percy setting out on a quest to find her.
