noreferrer\">Arizona<\/a> Shake Shack employee is facing charges after allegedly robbing his own restaurant at gunpoint, locking two co-workers in a walk-in cooler and then returning to work in uniform just two days later.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\" class=\"speakable\">Keondre Simmons, 33, allegedly called out of work at the Shake Shack at Kierland Commons in <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_us_article_main-content_article-body_6_8468520\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/phoenix-scottsdale-and-tempe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Phoenix<\/a> around midnight on Aug. 3 before showing up at the restaurant later that morning to commit the robbery, according to court documents reviewed by <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_us_article_main-content_article-body_6_8468521\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fox10phoenix.com\/news\/man-accused-robbing-his-workplace-kierland-commons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">FOX 10 Phoenix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Investigators responding to the <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_us_article_main-content_article-body_6_8468522\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/crime\/robbery-theft\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">armed robbery<\/a> learned that an employee opened a rear delivery door after delivery had arrived,&#8221; court documents state.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">&#8220;When the door opened, the suspect pointed a firearm at [the employee], ordered him inside, and escorted him at gunpoint toward the walk-in cooler.
