{"id":46070,"date":"2026-08-15T06:16:56","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T01:16:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/usnews-14267fa.ingress-comporellon.ewp.live\/?p=46070"},"modified":"2026-08-15T06:16:56","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T01:16:56","slug":"bachelors-arie-luyendyk-jr-gets-2nd-vasectomy-after-reversing-first","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/usnews-14267fa.ingress-comporellon.ewp.live\/?p=46070","title":{"rendered":"Bachelor&#8217;s Arie Luyendyk Jr. Gets 2nd Vasectomy After Reversing First"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><script>\r\n  atOptions = {\r\n    'key' : '644b717812d811d6a1c1fc5b6ccd6fa6',\r\n    'format' : 'iframe',\r\n    'height' : 90,\r\n    'width' : 728,\r\n    'params' : {}\r\n  };\r\n<\/script>\r\n<script src=\"https:\/\/www.highperformanceformat.com\/644b717812d811d6a1c1fc5b6ccd6fa6\/invoke.js\"><\/script>\r\n<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div data-testid=\"segment-text-only\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/arie_luyendyk_jr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Arie Luyendyk Jr.<\/strong><\/a> is giving vasectomies another go.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/eonline.com\/news\/bachelor_nation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\">Bachelor Nation<\/a> star underwent his second procedure two years after reversing the first one to have another child with his wife <strong>Lauren Burnham<\/strong>, with whom he shares daughter <strong>Alessi<\/strong>, 7, twins <strong>Senna<\/strong> and <strong>Lux<\/strong>, both 5, and 10-month-old baby girl <strong>Livvy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As he captioned an Aug. 14 Instagram Story showing himself giving a thumbs up, &#8220;Today\u2019s a good day to get a vasectomy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But, unlike his first time around, Luyendyk Jr. is doing things differently by not having Burnham\u2014who he married in 2019 after meeting her on his season of <a href=\"https:\/\/eonline.com\/news\/the_bachelor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\"><em>The Bachelor<\/em><\/a>\u2014with him <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1318317\/bachelor-nations-lauren-burnham-recalls-awkward-experience-watching-arie-luyendyk-jr-s-vasectomy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\">in the room during the procedure<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m going at it alone this time,&#8221; he explained. &#8220;The first time was a little traumatic, and Lauren being there felt weird.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8220;The second time, when I got the reversal, I was out cold,&#8221; the 44-year-old continued. &#8220;Now this time, I\u2019ve gone to a new doctor who does laughing gas, so I\u2019m hoping this goes a little smoother.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cBut honestly, I can\u2019t complain.
