As due legal process runs its course, we will have no further comment at this time,&#8221; Miami said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Lyle appeared in six games last year while backing up ACC rushing leader Mark Fletcher Jr. He showed promise early on but suffered an injury in Miami&#8217;s first game of the season and never fully recovered. In his freshman season, he averaged a whopping 7.4 yards per carry (54 rushes, 400 yards) and scored four times in his 12 games played.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Lyle&#8217;s arrest comes just days after head coach Mario Cristobal sang his praises amid what&#8217;s been reported as a strong camp.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">&#8220;I see the Jordan Lyle that we saw a year ago in many respects, but with better physical traits,&#8221; Cristobal said Tuesday after practice. &#8220;He is healthy 1786740536, which I think is a really important part. I don&#8217;t think people really knew the extent of how banged up he was last year and we see the full speed player now.
