him dunking his legs in ice and dry ice to damage them and fulfill his <strong>fixation with amputation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"post-highlights\"><span class=\"h2\">Highlights<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"bullet-wrapper\"><i class=\"bullet\"\/><\/span><span>Neil Hopper froze his own legs with dry ice to induce amputation, fulfilling a longstanding fixation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bullet-wrapper\"><i class=\"bullet\"\/><\/span><span>He was sentenced for fraud and for possessing three graphic videos from the EunuchMaker website depicting genital mutilation and castration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bullet-wrapper\"><i class=\"bullet\"\/><\/span><span>Although NHS investigations found no evidence that he harmed recovery room. She also refused food and medication, which concerned her family.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, they were told that such reactions were common side effects of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boredpanda.com\/funny-anesthesia-stories\/\" class=\" staff-link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anesthesia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and that there was no reason to be concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hopper later met with the family to reassure them, marking the first time Faye interacted with him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHe was smiley. questioned anything at the time because of her faith in the National Health Service, which she attributed to her own experience as a therapist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, she now believes Hopper should be investigated over concerns that he may have wronged<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boredpanda.com\/doctor-stupid-patient-correct\/\" class=\" staff-link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> patients<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her suspicions remain despite the Royal
