href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/mark-wright\/\">Mark Wright<\/a> has revealed he could be out of action for three months due to a series of injuries, including a back fracture.<\/p>\n<p>The reality star and presenter, 39, \u2018heard a pop\u2019 around five weeks ago but dismissed the pain as a muscle issue.<\/p>\n<p>However, things turned out to be much worse than he initially thought, as shown in an ultrasound.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-Towie personality now realises he\u2019s been \u2018training too hard\u2019, having also fractured his rib mere months ago.<\/p>\n<p>While the extent of his back fracture is yet to be determined, Mark has admitted that the situation is \u2018not looking good\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Taking to <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/instagram\/\">Instagram<\/a> on his page dedicated to golf, Mark began to his followers: You\u2019ve probably been thinking, \u201cWhere\u2019s he been? I\u2019m hoping in a couple of weeks when I\u2019m back \ud83e\udd1e that\u2019s the end of it and I can push right through until Jan, to see how close I can get. I cannot wait to be back out on the course.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018It\u2019s been a tough time considering golf makes me very happy and is my real release,\u2019 added the keen golfer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Anyone else struggling with injury\u2019s right now, you\u2019ve got this!!
