As chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Graham helped steer the confirmation of dozens of federal judges, including <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_politics_article_main-content_article-body_6_5869627\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/politics\/judiciary\/supreme-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supreme Court<\/a> Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Graham was once again critical of Trump in the wake of the January 6 Capitol Hill riots, but Trump appeared to shrug that off when he returned to the White House.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Graham remained a leading voice in the Republican conference until his death.
