Bangkok-based director, screenwriter and cinematographer Ah Biao<strong> <\/strong>competes with his film <em>Bian Jing <\/em>(<em>Border<\/em>)<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tFred Cavay\u00e9 competes with a new adaptation of Victor Hugo\u2019s <em>Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/em>. Inspired by true events, her feature film debut tells the dark story of a small northeastern German village at the end of WWII, when the Nazi regime gave its citizens the order to leave nothing alive for the enemy to find.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe abovementioned half a dozen movies join the ten already announced as<em> <\/em>competition titles in the Official Selection of the San Sebasti\u00e1n Film Festival, including new movies from Mike Leigh and a TV series from Pablo Larra\u00edn.
