It&#8217;s not just brand loyalty either, with more than 100 million of those querists turning to the app from iOS devices. Gemini now generates more than 150 million images every day, according to the company, and more than half of Gemini&#8217;s users speak directly to their AI helper rather than relying on text.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the fastest-growing Google product of all time, according to the tech giant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex mx-auto mt-8 w-full max-w-3xl font-sans text-lg leading-normal md:text-xl md:leading-7\">\n        <span class=\"font-bold text-primary-400\">SEE ALSO:<\/span><br \/>\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/tech\/made-by-google-2026-pixel-11-event-everything-announced\" class=\"flex items-center text-secondary-300\"><br \/>\n            <span class=\"ml-1\">Everything announced at Made by Google today, including Pixel 11, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Tag<\/span><br \/>\n            <svg class=\"ml-1 w-4 h-4 font-normal fill-current\"><use href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/images\/icons\/spritemap.svg#sprite-arrow-right-thin\"\/><\/svg><br \/>\n        <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n<p>So it makes sense that Google would start the event \u2014 and spend a majority of host Trevor Noah&#8217;s time \u2014 talking about Gemini Intelligence. <\/p>\n<h2>Gemini Intelligence on the Pixel 11<\/h2>\n<p>Google is banking on making Gemini a genuinely &#8220;useful&#8221; AI assistant, what Noah ironically likened to the mass <a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/tech\/glp-1-drugs-tiktok-shop\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\">adoption of GLP-1s<\/a>. &#8220;They take things off of your plate,&#8221; he joked during the event&#8217;s talk-show format. That includes enhanced live translation for podcasts, YouTube videos, and third party apps (the feature was introduced for phone calls last year) and a major AI accessibility upgrade with <a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/tech\/google-pixel-11-asl-sign-to-text\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\">ASL-to-text<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Google also announced the new Rambler feature, a Pixel phone feature that automatically filters out filler words, cleans up sentences, and &#8220;reads&#8221; a user&#8217;s intent to produce a more streamlined speech-to-text experience. <\/p>\n<p>And the company revamped its existing Magic Cue feature into the new Proactive Assistance interface. Proactive Assistance generates automatic context, suggestions, informational windows, and even responses to information found in messages. If your friend recommends a new restaurant, for example, Proactive Assistance will pull up its reviews, menu, and even directions. <\/p>\n<h2>Gemini on smartwatches<\/h2>\n<p>Many of these features are also integrated into Google&#8217;s Pixel watch line, including one-tap Proactive Assistance queues and new <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/products-and-platforms\/devices\/pixel\/pixel-watch-5\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\" title=\"(opens in a new window)\">Google Health Guardian<\/a> features, including the AI-powered Google Health Coach. Pixel Watch users can also use Gemini directly from their wrist with At a Glance. <\/p>\n<p>The goal, the company said, is to let Gemini do the rote tasks (including texting your friends) so you can step away from the screen.
