Still, with many of these approaches, says Orentas, \u201cjust a few patients benefit, but when they benefit, they<em> really <\/em>benefit. Over the weekend, the boy had been part of an extreme cycling event. \u201cApparently, they drive uphill, and then they go nuts downhill between trees and rocks,\u201d Seitz says. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018Oh my God&#8230;please don&#8217;t crash into a tree!
