hospitalized<\/a> in Miami for engaging in self-harm during a livestream, his mother <strong>Teresita Lavandeira <\/strong>has filed for temporary custody <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1434760\/perez-hiltons-family-fled-home-amid-severe-mental-health-crisis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\">of his three children<\/a>, whose ages range from 8 to 13.<\/p>\n<p>According to Miami court documents <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/perez-hilton-mom-files-for-temporary-custody-three-children-12037767\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\">obtained by<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/08\/12\/perez-hilton-mother-files-for-custody-of-his-kids\/#google_vignette\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\">multiple outlets<\/a>, Hilton (real name <strong>Mario Lavandeira\u00a0 Jr<\/strong>.)\u201cvoluntarily consented\u201d to the custody request, which will allow his mom to consent to the kids\u2019necessary medical and dental care, grants her access to their medical and educational records and grants her liberty to make education decisions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hilton\u2019s sign off in the documents, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/08\/12\/celebrity-news\/perez-hiltons-mom-files-for-temporary-custody-of-celeb-bloggers-three-kids-after-self-harm-incident\/?utm_source=sailthru&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=pagesix_news_alert&amp;utm_content=20260812?&amp;utm_source=sailthru&amp;lctg=673e2b606d466044ad0afc28&amp;utm_term=P6%20-%20News%20Alerts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer\">per Page Six<\/a>, included acknowledgment that the temporary custody arrangement \u201cis in the best interest of the children.\u201d The court
