Along with a \u2018previously unseen valley\u2019, it will include new heavy weapons, armour sets, dyes, and other extras.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re the bloodthirsty type, a new single-player combat survival mode called Ghost Of Y\u014dtei: Most Wanted launches on the same day. This will give you access to both the story expansion and Most Wanted when they launch on October 1, along with other cosmetic extras previously seen in the Digital Deluxe Edition.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019ll be some freebies on October 1 too. A new patch will add the Beauty Of Y\u014dtei mode, which \u2018allows for a screensaver-like view of the environments of Ezo to keep on and relax at home\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>It will also include quality of life features, like being able to keep on the same armour\u2019s appearance when using a different set\u2019s stats, and a high contrast accessibility option.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Beyond <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2026\/08\/11\/marvels-wolverine-ps5-console-revealed-dualsense-steals-show-29353196\/\">Marvel\u2019s Wolverine<\/a>, Sony doesn\u2019t have a major AAA title for the <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/christmas\/\">Christmas<\/a> season, so this complete edition might be a way to boost Ghost Of Y\u014dtei\u2019s appeal in the run-up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In February this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ign.com\/articles\/sony-says-ghost-of-yotei-exceeded-the-sales-of-ghost-of-tsushima-in-the-same-period-of-time-and-significantly-contributed-to-its-financial-results\">Sony said<\/a> Ghost Of Y\u014dtei was outpacing sales of its predecessor.
