The agents accused the woman of trying to run them over. But the woman says she didn\u2019t put them in danger.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-21506d\" class=\"body-graf\">Carolina Molina shared dashcam and cellphone videos of the interaction with News4.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-8b0dd8\" class=\"body-graf\">Molina said she had just witnessed the ICE agents arrest two men in a Falls Church parking lot.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-c3a1fb\" class=\"body-graf\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcwashington.com\/news\/local\/northern-virginia\/video-shows-ice-agent-pull-gun-on-virginia-woman-who-yelled-at-agents-in-parking-lot\/4140953\/\" target=\"_blank\">She told News4 she was in the parking lot<\/a> dropping off business cards with immigration lawyers to offer counseling services.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-dc436f\" class=\"body-graf\">Molina said when she passed the ICE agents, she shouted at them from her car window.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-68fdb9\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cYou a [expletive]! You\u2019re a [expletive]!\u201d she can be heard yelling in the dashcam video.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-955832\" class=\"body-graf\">The video shows her turn right as one of the agents stops and then returns to his vehicle. Moments later, she turns around. Then two SUVs approach, one in front and one from behind.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-dc17fb\" class=\"body-graf\">With her car boxed in by ICE vehicles, agents approach her car.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-861110\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cAre you following us?\u201d a masked ICE agent asks her.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-b98384\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cNo!\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-d0c182\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cAre you following us?\u201d the agent asks again.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-2cf79b\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cNo, I\u2019m not!\u201d Molina says.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-eb42af\" class=\"body-graf\">Molina then began recording video on her cellphone.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-46b506\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cYes, you\u2019re recording us. You almost ran us over! You almost ran us over. Stop playing!\u201d the ICE agent says in the cellphone video. He can be seen holding a gun.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-57ac97\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cYou are so full of [expletive]!\u201d she replies.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-f8fb15\" class=\"body-graf\">With his gun drawn, the ICE agent and Molina argue through her driver\u2019s side window.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-2de12d\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cI will arrest you. Keep it up!\u201d the agent says.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-355231\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cI\u2019m a legal citizen,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-f94606\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cI don\u2019t care!\u201d the agent replies.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-8b30f2\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cOh my goodness!\u201d Molina says.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-299e1d\" class=\"body-graf\">The ICE agent says again that she tried to run them over.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-ecfb50\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cRun you over when? I got recording. I got dashcam,\u201d she replies.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-2202d3\" class=\"body-graf\">Molina told News4 she\u2019s angry with ICE but she wasn\u2019t following them and she didn\u2019t put them in danger.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-f9121f\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cHonestly, I\u2019m scared. I feel more fear now. &#8230; This situation, I feel like it was uncalled for,\u201d Molina told News4.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-22b30f\" class=\"body-graf\">News4 asked Molina why she made the comments to the officer in the first place.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-25d884\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cRegardless, even if I said something, I feel like that is my First Amendment, right, as an American citizen, and I don\u2019t think it calls for this type of excessive force,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-a2fafe\" class=\"body-graf\">The video shows the ICE agent who drew his weapon had his gun in his hand as soon as he stepped out of his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-fc4da9\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cOnce I picked up my phone and started recording him, that\u2019s when the story switched and he started saying, \u2018It seems like she\u2019s the one that almost ran you over. She\u2019s the one that almost ran us over,\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-136ec1\" class=\"body-graf\">The entire interaction depicted in the video, from the time the agent steps out of the car until he gets back in to leave, lasts about 50 seconds.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-0b11fc\" class=\"body-graf\">Molina said after that, everyone left the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-cefd8a\" class=\"body-graf\">News4 reached out to ICE for comment, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) initially responded by asking for Molina\u2019s video. News4 directed them to what she already posted online.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-e83661\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cOn August 10, 2026, while ICE was conducting targeted immigration enforcement in Falls Church, Virginia, an anti-ICE agitator began to drive her car in circles around our ICE officers and then attempted to harm officers by weaponizing her vehicle against them\u2014all in an attempt to help illegal aliens get away,\u201d a DHS spokesperson told News4 a statement.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-bb95ed\" class=\"body-graf\">The statement added that the operation was targeting people who have final orders of removal from the country and who have criminal backgrounds that include a hit and run and drug trafficking. <\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-bd319d\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cFearing for their safety, ICE officers conducted a vehicle stop of the driver.
