Predictably, however, Lindell now has some questions about the results of his primary loss, and what he claims could be \u201canomalies\u201d in the results.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>During an interview on Tuesday night on <a href=\"https:\/\/myfox8.com\/news\/lindell-refuses-to-concede-alleges-voting-irregularities\/?utm_campaign=snd-autopilot\" target=\"_blank\">LindellTV<\/a>, a reporter asked Lindell if he would concede if the AP called the race for Demuth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cWhy would I listen to AP?\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RonFilipkowski\/status\/2087488829276016744?s=20\" target=\"_blank\">he responded<\/a>. \u201cThere\u2019s 265,000 votes left to count. I\u2019m down by 18,000 now. I\u2019m not going to give up this race until the votes are counted. That\u2019s nonsense.\u201d<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Despite losing the Minnesota GOP Party\u2019s endorsement in the race in June to former health care executive and army veteran Kendall Qualls, Lindell remained confident in his ability to win the race and face off against Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), who won the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party gubernatorial primary Tuesday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Lindell also received an endorsement from President Donald Trump, who <a href=\"https:\/\/talkingpointsmemo.com\/news\/trump-backed-election-denier-mike-lindell-loses-minnesota-gop-gubernatorial-primary\" target=\"_blank\">described<\/a> the pillow magnate as \u201cone of America\u2019s greatest and most hard working Patriots.\u201d Trump\u2019s endorsement, however, and the surge in polling that followed, were not enough to help him secure the GOP primary nomination this week. Lindell finished second, with 32.5% of the vote. Qualls came in third.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Qualls <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valleynewslive.com\/2026\/08\/12\/kendall-qualls-concedes-minnesota-republican-gubernatorial-primary-lisa-demuth\/\" target=\"_blank\">conceded<\/a> last night. Lindell has not.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In the wake of his loss, Lindell can\u2019t seem to reconcile his recent polling with how the election actually played out, and has some questions about what he claims could be \u201canomalies\u201d in the numbers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>During the course of his livestream on LindellTV on Tuesday night, Lindell alleged there may have been \u201cmathematical deviations\u201d in the election that \u201ccame right at the end.\u201d<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cWe are going to look into it,\u201d he told reporters. \u201cIf I find nothing happened there and it was just a mathematical deviation in history that doesn\u2019t make sense, I will let you all know tomorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cHopefully we find an answer, because there has to be an answer for what happened up there,\u201d Lindell added, referring to what he calls Demuth\u2019s \u201c36,000 vote drop.\u201d<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Lindell theorized that some of Demuth\u2019s votes may actually have been meant for him.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cAll of the sudden this big vote dump came in that should have been day-of for me,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>There is no evidence for this theory.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cWhen I am favored by 9 three days ago, something you got to look into,\u201d he told a reporter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Midwest polling has been off this primary cycle, as evidenced by Abdul El-Sayed\u2019s narrow victory in the Michigan Democratic primaries last week and Francesca Hong\u2019s loss to David Crowley in Wisconsin last night.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>For many years now, Lindell has been at the forefront of the election denial movement, refusing to accept that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. So, it\u2019s not exactly surprising that he is now questioning his own loss.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Lindell was <a href=\"https:\/\/talkingpointsmemo.com\/the-franchise\/mike-lindell-wont-let-a-pesky-contempt-of-court-finding-get-him-down\" target=\"_blank\">held in contempt of court<\/a> in March of this year by a Trump-appointed federal judge over his failure to pay over $50,000 in sanctions to the voting machine company Smartmatic.
