A Cherokee County grand jury indicted him on August 10 on two counts of aggravated assault, one count of false imprisonment and battery, according to court records obtained by <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/lindsie-chrisley-ex-boyfriend-david-landsman-indicted-on-aggravated-assault-false-imprisonment-charges-12056946\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><em>PEOPLE<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The charges relate to an alleged April 10 encounter involving Chrisley. Prosecutors allege that Landsman applied pressure to her throat and neck and then \u201cforcibly throwing her and slamming her to the ground.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indictment states that the alleged incident resulted in a head laceration and describes other claimed injuries as \u201csubstantial physical harm,\u201d including bruising and bleeding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indictment represents a new stage in a case that began with Landsman\u2019s arrest in April.
