The Golden Globe winner went on to lead <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/die-hard-movies-ranked-worst-best\/\" target=\"_blank\">four further <em>Die Hard <\/em>sequels<\/a>, while also becoming an action genre go-to thanks to everything from <em>The Fifth Element <\/em>to Robert Rodriguez&#8217;s <em>Sin City <\/em>adaptation, among others. <\/p>\n<p>One film memorably looked to build on <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/how-old-bruce-willis-age-die-hard-movies\/\" target=\"_blank\">Willis&#8217; <em>Die Hard <\/em>success<\/a> by casting him as a misanthropic-yet-effective action hero, complete with plenty of quips and an affection for smoking. He reluctantly accepts the help of her boyfriend and former NFL star Jimmy Dix, played by <em>In Living Color<\/em>&#8216;s Damon Wayans, leading them down a conspiratorial trail full of dead bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Now, in time for the film&#8217;s 35th anniversary, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arrowvideo.com\/p\/the-last-boy-scout-limited-edition-4k-uhd\/17977975\/?variation=17977975\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Arrow Video<\/a> <\/em>has revealed that <em>The Last Boy Scout <\/em>is receiving a massive upgrade with a limited edition 4K Collector&#8217;s Edition. The new release for Willis&#8217; action cult classic not only comes with a 4K restoration from the original 35mm camera negative, which was approved by cinematographer Ward Russell, but also a wide range of special features, including a new audio commentary from film critics Josh Nelson and Martyn Pedler, and a new filmed interview with Black. Beyond the mixed reception and underwhelming box office, it also endured an extensively troubled production, with varying reports of a fight for creative control between Willis, Black, Scott and producer Joel Silver, with the writer and director expressing dissatisfaction with the final product in the years since. <\/p>\n<p>As such, it comes as something of a surprise that Black has sat down for a new on-camera interview for <em>The Last Boy Scout<\/em>&#8216;s 4K Collector&#8217;s Edition. With the title of the interview only being a quote from <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/best-bruce-willis-movies-ranked-according-to-letterboxd-rating\/\" target=\"_blank\">Willis&#8217; character<\/a>, it&#8217;s hard to gauge what exactly it will entail. Thus far, the film has only been available in HD across streaming and VOD platforms, and while Arrow Video will likely look to retain exclusivity on the new version for some time, it will be
