middle school teacher who was the first to be <a grooming law <\/a>is a married new mom, it has emerged.<\/p>\n<p>Graves County Middle School teacher Sadie Flores, 25, was busted Friday and charged with\u00a0grooming a minor \u2013 four years after marrying her husband, David, a machine operator, and a year after giving birth to their first child, a daughter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are so grateful God chose us to be parents to this sweet baby,\u201d Flores <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sadie.fulcher.14\/posts\/pfbid0mgPbs4QiCxqtSVyd2e1y1aWp76jkDUFRPB3iLVS2JfjZ1tmNUELoy46YE544m2mql\">gushed on Facebook<\/a> in July 2024, announcing her accuser\u2019s parents.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>She \u201cattempted to manipulate the minor and expressed feelings of love and admiration more so than just a student-teacher relationship,\u201d Graves County Sheriffs said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wpsdlocal6.com\/news\/details-emerge-on-grooming-allegations-against-graves-county-teacher\/article_c629cab7-b72a-4f1d-a4ba-28418d5f432e.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-nyp-affiliate=\"true\">citation seen by WPSD.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Police have not revealed her alleged victim\u2019s age, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.com\/news\/article-16041523\/Southern-belle-allegation-school-Sadie-Flores.html\">the Mail reported<\/a> school board officials were contacted by a parent of a the child deemed \u201cnot to be of a legitimate purpose and were not school related.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The educator and the student also \u201cmet in secret before a school function, outside of school, that [she] was not directly a part of,\u201d according to Graves County Sheriffs Office.<\/p>\n<p>They also allegedly had late-night FaceTime calls that \u201cthe parents were not aware of,\u201d according to police.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not clear how long Flores and the child were allegedly messaging before she was busted. <\/p>\n<p>Flores has been charged with grooming a minor under a law that took effect on July 15. The law allows cops to charge predators before sexual assault happens.
