Liu has signed on to executive produce both the feature and short film from production company SPL Max.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe short film, set in a near future, stars Olivia Liang (The CW\u2019s <em>Kung Fu<\/em>) and Sam Song Li (Netflix\u2019s <em>The Brothers Sun<\/em>). We wanted to ask the question: Do we ever really grow up?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tJulien Soros produced the short, with cinematography by Charles Xiuzhi Dong. Branton Choi, formerly of the Russo brothers\u2019 AGBO, Eva Li Hsieh, Care.com founder Sheila Marcelo, Trip.com founder James Liang, and Adam Marcelo also served as executive producers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe short was awarded the Silver Audience Award for best international short film at Fantasia. The feature adaptation of<strong> <\/strong><em>Reset<\/em> is currently \u201cin active development,\u201d according to the creative team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t<em>THR<\/em> can also exclusively premiere the official teaser trailer for <em>Reset<\/em>.
