the health problems that run through her family.<\/p>\n<p>Her father\u2019s severe health complications related to hereditary obesity also made the issue feel much more personal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not getting any younger,\u201d she told <em>PEOPLE<\/em>, explaining that she had tried numerous approaches over the years.<\/p>\n<p>She continued, \u201cI was like, \u2018I\u2019m not taking this medication. I don\u2019t wanna do this. like, \u2018Oh.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She described it as a constant mental loop that had followed her for years, saying it was \u201cso nice not to be obsessing about what I\u2019m going to have every that came with starting it.<\/p>\n<p>She said the partnership felt natural because of the contrast between her public career and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boredpanda.com\/influencer-tries-call-out-venetians-reaction-window-filming\/\" class=\" staff-link\">very ordinary concerns<\/a> that come with managing her health.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was the perfect partnership because yes, I\u2019m an actress but I\u2019m also a very normal girl,\u201d Chrissy told <em>PEOPLE<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fact that the
